Seller and service
VoyageRoulette is a web travel-inspiration service sold by Alex Wray as an individual (persona física) in Spain. Contact email: support@voyageroulette.com. Postal address: [OWNER: address]. NIF: [OWNER: NIF]. You must be 18 or older.
What you buy
The service discovers destinations and provides ideas and external links. We are not a travel agency and do not sell flights, accommodation or package holidays. Check prices, availability, entry requirements, health and safety with competent sources and the provider before booking. You need Internet access and a current JavaScript-compatible browser; 3D presentation depends on your device and a 2D fallback is available.
Prices and spins
All prices include taxes. Premium costs 3.99 EUR/month: editable itinerary, 5 spins on payment, then 2 spins every 7 days from payment, capped at 15. Packs cost 0.75 EUR for 1 spin or 2.50 EUR for 5 spins; they do not expire and do not include an itinerary. Free registered users receive 1 spin on sign-up and 1 per week, capped at 5. A spin discovers a destination; it does not book a trip.
Ordering and renewal
Select an offer and review the amount and your details before confirming payment through Stripe; you can correct details or leave before paying. Premium renews monthly at the displayed price unless cancelled. Packs are one-off payments. You can save or print these terms; contracting is available in English and Spanish. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel Premium anytime through the Customer Portal. Access continues until the paid period ends and the subscription will not renew afterwards. Request refunds or report problems to support@voyageroulette.com; Alex Wray handles refunds manually. This process does not restrict statutory withdrawal, conformity or refund rights.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw within 14 calendar days after contracting without giving a reason, unless a legal exception applies. Send an unequivocal statement to support@voyageroulette.com or [OWNER: address] with your name, contract date and order reference. Optional model: “I withdraw from my VoyageRoulette contract dated [date], order [reference]. Name, address and date; signature only for paper submissions.” You do not have to use this model. Where due, refunds are made within 14 days of notification using the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise at no cost.
Immediate digital content
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, withdrawal is lost only once supply begins with your prior express consent, acknowledgement of that loss and the legally required confirmation of the contract and consent on a durable medium. The checkout checkbox asks: “I'm 18 or older, I accept the Terms, and I agree that digital content is provided immediately, so I lose my right of withdrawal.” This exception does not remove rights for defective content or automatically apply to continuing digital services: those retain withdrawal until full performance in the legally specified circumstances; if you request an early start and withdraw, only a legally applicable proportionate amount may be due.
Conformity and use
You retain statutory guarantees and remedies for non-conforming digital content or services, including bringing them into conformity and, where applicable, a price reduction or termination. Report defects using the contact above. Protect your credentials; do not abuse the service or infringe others’ rights. Liability that cannot legally be excluded is not excluded. Future changes will be notified where required and will not retrospectively alter purchases or statutory rights.

Spanish law applies without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections in your habitual country of residence or your statutory jurisdiction rights.
